That is what Woody would say. Here are my Jessie and Woody getting ready to go to 1 of 2 parties today. Mr. and Mrs. Potato Head have yet to be photographed. Be patient.
Our story unfolds one day at a time. I hope you enjoy this glimpse into our memories in the making.

Mommy, the magnet.
Both of these boys just want to be next to Mommy. Sometimes it's hard to be wanted, in fact suffocating. Most of the time it is quite nice though.

Correction:
WE HAVE FOUR (4) LOOSE TEETH. Seriously, this is not right. She is too young. This is not ok. Oh dear the tooth fairy better start saving up.
Right at home
We went to the Zoo today and felt right at home. Crazy animals, funny sounds, strange smells....you know how it is with the little ones! The weather could not have been more perfect. According to the zoo, this is the best weather because all of the different animals want to come out and play where we could see them. We had a great view of each set of animals, except for the grizzly bears. They were probably busy in the woods....
This is the best we could do posing with the giant pumpkin.
Playing veterinarian with stuffed animals in the Kid Zone.
I just want to pet the polar bear! What's the big deal!
A cougar sleeping peacefully.
Oooh, do you see what I see?
The giraffes, zebras, and ostriches came up so close we did not need the binoculars, but the kiddos thought it was fun.

Dog groomer
Ben has a new role every day, just like his sister did, and still does. Today he is a dog groomer. Ridley seems to be enjoying the attention, but is also grateful that I removed the scissors from Ben's hands!
Harvest party!
Today was the Harvest party at pre-school. It's been a busy month at school! Ben and I joined in on the fun and it was a great time. Audrey was very excited to perform for us and was the "ham" I knew she would be.
Saying the prayer before lunch. This is the "Superman prayer." " Thank you God, for giving me foooood." Now sing that to the tune of the Superman theme.
I think this is still part of the prayer. Ben is intrigued.
Getting ready to perform.
All the little pumpkins.
A wonderful rendition of "Five Little Pumpkins."
This little pumpkin had a silly grin.
This must be a new kid.

Ben's favorite food is spinach, and few believe it. Here is photographic proof of Ben and his Popeye style dinner. Yum!

The ghosts of Halloweens past
Since Halloween is fast approaching and this year's costumes are already waiting in the wings, I thought I'd jog down memory lane a bit.
2006: An almost 1 year old Chick-fil-A cow toddled along Crystal Lake Drive.
![]() |
2007: My baby bumblebee hit 5 or 6 houses in Cardinal Cove.
2008: Under the sea with Ariel, but in Concord this year. Look at the change between 2007 and 2008! She left baby behind!
2009: Super Audrey! She's not flying solo this year though....
Super girl had company in 2009 form Super Ben (at peak chubbiness)!
What will this year bring???
Quote of the (a recent) day
"Are you serious, XM?

I guess she hears my radio say Sirius XM and thought that might be proper usage.

Atlanta visit
We loaded up the car this past weekend and headed to the ATL to visit Kady, Dan, and Maggie. The weather was fabulous and the company was top notch as well. Not to mention that BOTH of our teams (FSU and Clemson) won their games. It was a great weekend.

Five little pumpkins.
Our 4 jack-o-lanterns in all their glory.
The tire swing was an huge hit.
Wheeee.
You can't not have a great time in the swing.
Nothing like the wind in your hair!
The always stylish (and sun sensitive) Maggie.
